    Jarbidge storage

I don't have much experience with synthetics and I was wondering if it's bad to keep it stored in a stuff sack for long period of time. I know with down you don't want to leave it compressed and it's best to let the loft air out.

I don't have an underquilt yet, but I do have a synthetic sleeping bag. I was told it is best to store it hanging loose to keep its integrity, and after 14 years, if I didn't know any better, I'd think it was a brand new bag.

Check out the Care, Cleaning and Storage video at the bottom of the page on our How to Videos. I cover how to store your quilt and also how to pack it up to get the smallest size when packing up for a trip.

Good info there. Take care of your equipment and it will take care of you. Thanks Paul for the video.
