I was honestly thinking 20° or 0°...
I do most of my hammocking in 20-40° weather, but started dabbling in winter hammocking this past winter. The only thing that has stopped me has been lack of gear.
So I don't know if getting a 0° and venting, or getting a 20° with overstuff would suit me better.. The pros and cons are pretty even in my book.. And I'm not overly worried about weight..
And "both" is not an option right now
And I'm 6' even.. the short incubator should still do me just fine by my math.. right?

Personally, I' just go with the full length. You are covered no matter what the circumstance might be. The Phoenix is a good option if you are a hard-core gram weenie but by the time you add in insulation for your feet, you pretty much got the weight of a full-size incubator. I'm not much of a collector of under quilts, so just having one takes all the guesswork out of figuring which one I want to take.
As a sidenote, I went ahead and opted for the 0° version. With that rating there are times that I don't even need to bring any top insulation.
Incubator it is. Thank you for the input everyone!
Lots of talk about how insulating the footbox with foam adds a LOT of weight. That's just not true
Arrowhead's (kick *** quilts) foam is 1 ounce for the 3-season (haven't gone below 45º so far, but is supposed to be good down to 20º), and 1.5 ounce for the 4-season good down to the double-digits. If you have a double-layer hammock keeping it in place is easy. I just don't want the extra bulk, weight, and money for a full-length so would highly recommend the 3/4 length.
