Both...Im all over
Before my neck problems I was a stomach sleeper in bed. Now I have to sleep on my back semi propped up. In my BB which is the standard BB with the foot box on the right side I have been able to sleep on my back and on my left or right side. In my DIY's I usually sleep on my back.
