I own Adam's (HG) top quilts, but no UQ. I use Brandon's Warbonnet Outdoors) Winter Yeti UQ. I tried a pad one time and from that moment new I needed an UQ.

I posted this in a "stack test" thread, but I only tested it in the basement you see here. It felt fine laying there and quilts seemed to stay in place. But it's about 64° down there, so I can't comment on how effective it would be. But if my 20° can get into the single digits, I'm guessing this would easily do -10F or colder.
