Does the bag really weigh over 4lbs like Wal-Mart has on their site?
No. I have it listed as 730 grams in my gear spreadsheet. If memory serves the compression sack was about 50 grams.

Makes a great inexpensive TQ. I cut the one on the right down to about 470 grams and used it on my LT thru this past July.

Nice bag, the one I have without compression sack is 23.21oz / 658g just for reference.
Just used one I was lucky enough to snag from octothorpesarus in the same condition the other week as a TQ with a 3 season Jarbidge down to 45*F. I was nice and snug. Worked great! Thank you sir! I can confirm the weight reading on the unaltered bag from octothorpesarus. I am working on some DIY mods right now and not sure what the finished product will end up being. Not to mention the seller is great.
I own much more expensive TQs for lower than 35*F but this is my "go-to" TQ above 35*F.
