The flight jacket you looked at is the short model with duck down, I believe. Not exactly an apples to apples comparison. Click on the link and make selections more in line with the others and you will see what silversurfer means.

Not an apples-to-apples price comparison. That's $234.95 for a 50"W x 66" long TQ with 700 fill DWR goose down that you're comparing to an HG 0* Burrow 50"W x 78"L with 850 fill DWR goose down.

Interesting that UGQ has an "in-stock" price for a 50"W x 78"L with 850 fill DWR goose down of $359.95, whereas the same TQ "built-to-order" appears to cost $319.95.

I think that price difference reflects the "cut the line" bonus of ordering the in stock, pre-made quilt which they fill and ship within 24 hours.

A reverse bonus? You pay more 'cause it's in stock?

You pay more because it's shipped and filled immediately rather than the often 2-3 week wait. You are paying to cut the line as I said.

Interesting sales concept - not sure I ever saw that among cottage vendors. I didn't immediately understand what you were saying because I didn't know what cut the line meant. 'Round these parts it's called "cut in line."

    The $234 is for a 50x66 HD700GDD filled 0*TQ

For the equivalent 0* rated Flight Jacket (50" x 78") using 21 oz HyperDRY 850 goose down, it's $389.95. I don't know why an HG 0* Burrow requires only 16 oz. of fill while the UGQ requires 21 oz. of down. Even if you got an HG 0* Burrow with 21 oz. of 850 fill down, it would still be cheaper at $324. Am I missing something?
Our 50x78 HD850GGD uses 19oz of down at $319.95, HG has not changed their fill amounts since switching from 900 fill to 850 fill as far as we can tell. We also provide more down from the get go as in our opinion 16oz of 850 is just not enough to account for use/loft.

Not sure where the $389.95 is coming from or the 21oz HD850GGD for a 50x78TQ is coming from but our prices and specs are clearly indicated on our website.

When you need an item NOW from a small company there is always a premium to be paid. At times our wait list is 6-8 weeks so the increase in price to jump to the front of the line is not out of line.

Arrowhead has a $25 RUSH FEE, JRB already includes it in the pricing up front since all of the items are "In Stock" High Sierra Sniveller 52x78 AD800 $339.95. We use HD850GGD resulting in a higher price of $359.95 for our "In Stock" product.

i bought a Hammock gear 0 degree burrow last year---------really , really nice piece of gear---I've been really happy with it! The argon fabric is great-------I highly recommend it!

Also, the dry down is a really feature!
FYI: If you want to know what type a certain bear is, sneak up behind it and kick it. Then,
run like crazy and climb up a tree. If the bear climbs the tree and eats you, it's a black
