The Down Side of Underquilts

I knew there had to be a down side to using an underquilt and last night I discovered one. I got up in the middle of the night to answer nature's call and when I went to get back in my hammock I proceeded to sit in my quilt instead of the hammock. I think I bruised my a**. Note to self: NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!

Never sat in my UQ....but I did load my jacket and TQ into it in the dark once. Turned around sat down and took my shoes off, climbed in and couldn't find a thing. Oh my! Must have kicked them out and they're on the ground. 5 mins later after putting back on my boots and doing a full headlamp search of the surrounding area....................
