Adding tie out to a WL Big Daddy Tarp

I am considering adding tie outs to my Big Daddy Tarp. Was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on the distance down from the ridgeline and in from the end of the tarp. I may considering using the over the top pole spreaders as needed. Any imput you guys have and suggestion on adding the pull out as not to damage the tarp.
