This was my setup this last weekend at a scout overnighter. It was also the first time using my whole DIY system together (DL gathered hammock, bug net, silnylon winter tarp).

This was the setup 3 of the scouts elected to use (all DIY DL gathered hammocks) as they only 1 had brought their tarp. Just wouldn't be a scout trip if they brought all their gear! In total we had 7 hangers and 3 land dwellers at the campout. Only had a little rain while we were setting up.

How exactly did they manage to get three hammocks attached to two trees, without all of the suspensions slipping to the middle?
