This week we built 14 ThunderBird hammocks for an Air Force unit out in Colorado.
Enjoy fellas and thank you for your service to our nation.

Bravo to you PapaSmurf. Thanks for taking care of the Air Force. Instead of 1000s of feet off of the ground, they will be in heaven 3 feet off the ground.

That's awesome! Underground Quilts just sent them a bunch of UQ's! Great to see the Air Force ordered the same stuff I have. I wonder if there were a bunch of Air Force brass watching Shug's videos! Also wonder how they decided on Dream Hammocks and UGQ. The PJ's are probably getting this stuff.
My guess is they wanted the best gear available, of course.
No, actually one of these gentlemen met someone out hanging and got a first hand look at all the cool gear they were using.
I guess the moral of the story is: You never know what might happen when you show off you personal gear to folks.

Those look great.
All i ask is for Papa Smurf to not forget about us forum folk when all those guys military buddies see those hammocks and the orders for 150 - 300 hammocks at a time start to roll in. Nice job Papa and Mama Smurf, nice job!
Interesting. The hammocks for a military unit was NOT done in camo.
