Just want to share an AHA experience with you.

Just want to share an AHA experience with you.
As most people know so isolate a underquilt against cold and wind. And on all my trips, I always bring my Helsports fjeldug extreme as a cozy blanket or to put on me when it gets cold or as an extra layer around the sleepingbag. But I tried to put it over my Ridgeline and bugnet.
Would really just see if it made any difference besides a little more shelter from the wind when tarp is open.
Usually normal to feel good hot when I use the sleepingbag as topquilt, but with my fjelldug top it was so hot that I could be outside sleeping bag almost all night even though we reached down to 9 degrees at night. Is impressed with the heat as it hold and is definitely something I will use in the future when it gets colder. As a replacement for an expensive fjelldug can use a blanket or thin summer quilt and sleep some warmer at night ....

I believe it's spelled Fjellduk or Poncho.
