Congrats on the solo time, I love those nights when you can relax and let the quiet of the woods take you off to dreamland for hours and hours. SHT looks great, already trying to figure out how to get back up there for more. Thanks for sharing the video!
It is a very alert, active sheep, with a stylish, lively carriage.

I use a Juki & Pfaffs w/ assorted attachments, and have serviced lots of vintage machines. Any questions?

Enjoyed watching another outdoor adventure with ya.
Great work on the cable cam shots. Fun to see different angles.
And loved the shot of the lake and you toward the end.

I really enjoy solo trips. Being in a beautiful place without the obligation of distraction that goes with company, really allows you to soak it all in, and marinate in it.

    Thanks for sharing.
Like thrash metal? Check out my nephew's band, Deathwatch. He's an amazing drummer... https://soundcloud.com/user-660860695

Whew ... got it up and running and finished my Shug fix. Glad you were able to get out, sleep, and recover from work. I can't wait for the cooler weather and the change of leaves to come down south. I think we have finally left the 90s for this year.

Yessir...the cool temps really make the trip special along with the coming of Fall. Thankee.

I plan to test the GoPro mightily.
The fauna and flora were really popping out there.

On the solo trips it is easier to do a wee tutorial. Thank you for the good words.

South of Gooseberry is very beavery.....North from there was a surprisingly great stroll.

I'm looking forward to being south sometime soon!
The backwoods string cam is fiddly but fun from time to time.
Lake Superior was in full Glory.

I focus so much better on gear and such on a solo. I get all out of whack on group trips. The solo trip is a life booster.

I came here to say exactly this. Right after you show the Pop Tart to the camera, the look on your face is a perfect illustration of why we all do what we do.

Thanks for the video. I'm getting ready to go to work on a Saturday and I would much rather be where you were. Hopefully I can get off early enough today to do a short overnight trip.

Your video skills are awesome, I really enjoyed it. I felt as though I was there. Looks like your busy season has ended. Mine is unfortunately ramping up. Keep them coming so I feel in touch with the great outdoors.
