Although I don't have an exact number in cubic feet per second, consulting this guage can give you a good idea of the difficulty of creek crossings. It's probably a fair predictor of the waterfalls too. The Sipsey Fork Guage is located at the Sipsey Recreation Area on Cranal Road, so the cfs figure is the sum total of all the creeks flowing in the Sipsey Wilderness Area.
Currently, it's less than 20cfs and no rain is predicted for the rest of the month. I'd say you will have no problem crossing the creeks. However, the waterfalls won't be spectacular...some will be dried up.
I know it's short notice, but, anybody interested in exploring Whiteoak Hollow this weekend?
I would, but I'm in Florida until Sunday!

Trail 205 used to be the trail from 224 to 206 through Whiteoak Hollow. It was dropped as a maintained trail in the mid nineties. There once was trail marker on 224 about 500 yards from the 208 224 intersection. About seven years ago it was nearly impossible to follow without considerable difficulty.
I just did a full traverse of Whiteoak Hollow. Trip report: www.hammockforums.net/forum/showthread.php/102574-Whiteoak-Hollow-Sipsey-Wilderness-Al
