Question How to use a yeti in warm weather

When using a JRB UQ the ends can be left open and quilt hung a little loose. How do other people use the yeti when it's cool enough for a UQ, but not for it to be hung tight?

you slide it towards the head end which opens a gap in the head end.

someone just emailed me and said they had comfortably used the winter yeti in the mid 50's

That was probably me. During the day i slide it all the way to one side. Hop in for evening and as temp drops pulled it back into place but slid it to the head end like WBG says. Or to the foot end. and actually at night put it where it belongs. At the coldest part of the night it was mid to high 50's but i used it all night so probably well into th 60's and was comfy not hot. This was a winter yeti.
I thought I was wrong once, turns out I was wrong about that.

I used the Yeti this part week on my backpacking trip. My biggest complaint is the quilt slipping/sliding over to the other side or the edge being located in the middle of the hammock bottom. I had to constantly unzip the hammock all night just to find the Yeti. needless to say I didn't sleep much playing find the Yeti
'Classic.' A book which people praise and don't read.” ― Mark Twain

Who cares about showers, gourmet food, using flush toilets. Just keep on walking and being away from it all.

There are times that the only way you can do something is to do it alone.

If you run the hammock suspension lines through the shock shock cord before hooking it onto the whipping bundles, I found that slippage was basically eliminated.
