5th Idaho Hang Trip Report Videos!

Finally crunched though about 4 hours of video I shot and around 500 pictures from the 5th Idaho Hang a few weeks ago. Was a lot of fun and we hiked around 30 miles this trip. Covered some great country and some little traveled trail.

Looks like you had a great hike. Sure wished that I hadn't had to work that week.

Paul this is a great trip video. That new camera works very well. How did the new boots work on that rocky trail? Did they do better that the shoes you wore the last few years?

Thanks KSC. Getting the hang of the little GoPro and trying to get some diffrent looking shots with it.

New Boots did well and I was really glad that I had them rather than the trail runners. My feet still took a beating and let me know they were not happy after a couple of the longer days but I think I would have been in crutches for a week if I had used my other shoes. Not really a fan of full on boots most of the time but with heavy packs full of lots of food and high passes to cross they were worth the weight and cost. Just wish I had remebered to switch out the insoles

Hope you can make it. Not going to find another hang like it anywhere.

It would be great if you could make it. We need some more Idaho folks to come along

I like the shot of you walking the log across the creek. That was cool!
