Should have read "tiger side". I do hope y'all win tomorrow though.
I think SilvrSurfr is right on. Blue tarps are very retro, in my humble opinion. I noticed a soft buttery yellow the other day, that I really liked. Here it is grey so often, I am not inclined toward grey or silver, but there again, that is just my opinion. I think a lot of what colors people desire is where they live. When marketing clothing, there are distinct regions for different colors people will purchase. I can see the soft buttery yellow/cream fitting in with a lot of environments. If people would purchase it, in large quantities, that is the question.
Here one of the popular sport team has the colors of green and gold/yellow, it is everywhere. Certainly not my choice of colors. Dutch, I wish you luck in making the choice, you are facing a large obligation.
Hey Dutch, what are the limitations of color (if any) when it comes to sil? Can you combine or fade etc. A navy blue on one edge gradually fading to a sky blue
nice cream kinda color would be cool and work with browns
How about a nice hunter green.
I really like the color the Firest Service uses on their trucks.
Or s buttery yellow with a little orange.
Or banana yellow. Banana hammocks FTW! (Yes I know we are talking tarps)
Hunter Green and Burgundy are two colors I've always liked and would blend in with the woods.
You can do a google to get swatch picts for an idea.
Winter cammo please Dutch
I don't think that I would make a tarp in a color that doesn't blend in. But... if the silver would reflect sunlight, so that it would provide better shade on a hot sunny day, I might go for it*. Even better: one side reflective, the other side subdued - so you can switch sides depending on the weather I guess that's not possible with simple sil, though...

* Yes, I know, UV light is bad for the tarp, but there a situations when you can't be picky.
