The water was very clear when I was a kid. I became a certified SCUBA diver at Clemson and we enjoyed diving in Lake Hartwell from time to time.

I grew up in Anderson County. My parents bought a Sears canvas tent big enough for the whole family and a used power boat. It would pull up all five of us young'uns on skis at the same time (but just barely!). We spent our summers on Hartwell.

BTW, there is a Rainman, but he's not me. I'm Rain Man. Just so you know, not trying to be picky. RM matches my real initials.

I live near Lake Hartwell and have done a lot of "on the sly" camping at Saddlers Creek. I go by boat and camp on the beach across from those condos. Next time your down, let me know. I would love to put eyes on your BB. Gonna get one, soon, but want to at least see one in person first.

BTW, may be up in your neck of the woods tomorrow checking out another (yes another) thread injector in Greenville. This will make 3 for me and 2 for my wife. Something definitely wrong with this picture.

I'll be back at Sadler's Creek, Loop 1 site 11, arriving Saturday, Sept 12 and leaving Monday evening.
Looking at it from the lake, it is just to the right of the boat ramp.

If all goes well, there will be two Blackbirds, a 1.1 and 1.7 oz.

Yeah, we've struggled some of late, but that's last years news Hooch.
I think they play either Dec. 5 or 12.
Preseason ranking says UK #2 and UNC #4 ... should be good.
