I was wondering if this seam would work for a tarp. I don't know if this is an "established" (for lack of a better word) seam or not. It's an idea I was thinking about. But it looks to be easier to sew than a Flat Felled Seam.
A- Place the two outside's of fabric back to back and sew together.
B- Fold sewn edge over approx 1/4 th inch and sew again.
C- Then fold again in same direction approx. 1/4 th in or so and sew through all the layers.
