Two very interesting models. Any thoughts from folks that looked at both in their purchasing research, especially folks around 6'3" and 190 lbs.? Thanks.

Either will work. At your height you should consider the 11 ft models. I personally prefer the DangerBird because of the ability to get in from either side and prefer the ridgeline organizer over the shelf in the WarBonnet hammocks. I also like that you can get a DangerBird in pretty much any fabric you want. The WarBonnets have a choice between two fabric weights, the DangerBird has a half dozen or more choices. But, as I said, you can't go wrong with either one.
I have owned them both, the Blackbird wins out for me. The shelf is awesome, AND you can use a ridgeline organizer. And as far as a flat lay, the footbox on the Blackbird is the winner. I'm 6'-5", and the new XLC is perfect. The Dangerbird was a little awkward to get into and out of for me when it was tied out...the tie outs were always in the way. Don't get me wrong, the DB is a great hammock, the Blackbird just works better for me
This is very similar to how I feel. The BB is slightly more comfortable for me for the same reason - that footbox adds a little something special. Still a close call, though.
The Dangerbird does win out in features for me, though. Fabric choices, ridgeline organizer, choice of net or overcover in short notice.

I don't know about the XLC, but I sure do love my DangerBird. I just ordered a DL night grid camo outside with coyote inside and coyote cover. I can't wait to get it. My co-worker loved my Digital camo DL DangerBird, so I sold it to her. (new convert)

The WBBB is a work of art but it wasnt for me...RL to short for my liking. You can totally customize a DB and it zips on both sides. I just ordered a 10' x 56" DB with a longer RL in the material that I like...what could be better.
There is literally a thread under the same title two above this on my home page lol
