thats it. I have the location in the first post. and its always good to see papy getting wet.
I was at Birkhead Wilderness Trail this past weekend. I look forward to go back to Uwharrie for this hang.
Anybody heard from Bonepile lately? I haven't seen him at a hang. Hope he's doing ok.

I haven't been on the forum for quite a while, but just got a couple reminders about this hang from Pappy and Tall Paul. I've missed several hangs now due to scheduled hunting and fishing trips and a trip to Italy. I'll be missing the Grayson fall hang while on a tour with my wife in some western states. I see this hang is on the same weekend that deer season opens here so I'm not sure if I'll make it. It might just depend on the weather.
Glad to know you haven't run away from the woods completely.

You do know that you can hunt in the uwharries during deer season, just like you can in other locations. Just bring your hatchet and hitch hike your way in. We would love to have you, but its also nice to see your getting the nickle tour of the rest of this plant. I am willing to ride in your luggage on the next trip to Italy.
Hello, I saw you only had one post so I was going to say welcome to the forum, then I noticed your join date and see you have probably been reading the forum for a while. Welcome anyway. I live in Clayton too and lurked on the forum for about three years before even registering. Finally signed up so that I could sign up for the group hangs. Very glad I did as they are a bunch of super nice people. We will be glad to meet you at the hang.
Thank you, Starfish Comet. I seldom go on the Hammock Forums to the point I had to request my username and password the other night lol. I have gone to a couple of group hangs with my dad, Tacoma96, with the most recent being the Merchant Mill hang back in February (or March...... I just know it happened earlier in the year). I am hoping to do some more hangs this Fall and meet everyone.
