Hello
I am going to try hanging full time indoors. My sister is coming to stay eith me for about a month so she will get the bed. It will give me a chance to see if this is really what I want to do full time.
Let me start by saying that Im obviously new at this and alot of the info about suspension confuses me. Ive tried to watch the Grizz vids but much of it goes right over my head. Ill learn more as I go along but right now id just like to understand the extreme basics.
So anyways, Ive got a Clark NX250 on the way. Ive already installed the lag bolts into my walls and id like to just clip onto them with biners. This will be nice so after I get up in the morn I could just unclip one end and clip to the other....basically letting the hammock hang from one side so it doesnt dpan the room all day.
What would be yhe best knot for securing the rope to the biner? Is there one that would allow me to easily adjust yhe rope for proper sag and angle? Is there a more preferable way to attach to the bolts rather than a biner?
Please keep in mind that I would like to keep the stock ropes for the time being...at least until I know if this is going to work for me. Also I dont want to get into anything somewhat complicated at this point...so please keep it simple for me....remember Im a noob...lol.
Btw, I also got the new one piece Z liner, tree straps, and drip rings for the outdoors.
Really excited to start using this setup!! Just need some help.
