My normal pack (GG Gorilla) already has a GG sitlite pad as part of its backpanel, so nothing extra to carry. Once in place (particularly in a dbl layer WBBB) it doesn't shift. The WB Yeti 3 season UQ with any sort of pad under the knees/feet is good to freezing or so. The Te-Wa 3 season is similar. The lighter weight and smaller bulk of the 2/3 UQ is a good reason to choose that option. ANY UQ will be more satisfactory (IMO) than any full-length pad.
