If you are hopping to have a positive influence on people making police I would avoid bad practices that cause damage. Instead concentrate on how doing it right protects the environment. No need to plant the incorrect idea that hammock camping will cause damage.

True... my thought was more along the lines of illustrating what good practices would avoid as far as damaging/protecting the tree. Why draw attention to a negative when we are pointing out all the positives with sensible practices.
