Anyone using a Dyneema hammock? I’m interested more for the low stretch than the weight savings. I use a 7’ ripstop hammock w/ peapod insulation which I’m generally happy with except the high stretch of the nylon causes some shoulder compression. Recently saw a Wilderness Innovations video of their short beta-test DCF hammock/poncho/tarp and while I don’t the multiple purpose aspect, liked the way the the sides do not compress at all. The only other reference I find is on BPLight in 2010 which reported and discussed a beta DCF hammock failure. It’s been 12 years since that thread, any one doing it?
