My tarp ridgeline is 1.75mm Lash-It. I had trouble keeping the tarp taut along the ridgeline in some wind -- the prussiks slipped.

My prussicks are mason line, 3 wraps. I've also tried a Klemheist with 3 wraps. It was marginally better. The issue seems to be with the low-friction Lash-It. I know that ideally the loop used to make the prussik should be a smaller diameter that the line it is used on, but I don't have much anything on hand smaller than the Lash-It to experiment with. Any ideas on non-slip adjustability?

I thought about coating the prussiks with a thinned silicone seam sealer to increase friction, but haven't tried it yet.

What are other folks using successfully?

Thanks.
