Ranting about known rule violations is a poor choice.
You agreed to this forums rules when you joined, abide by them.

I have to agree. its there for a reason. I mean we like to trust the people we sell our gear too. I havent had any problems but I know there have been some issues in the past with PIF , I dont know about selling in general.

Personally I wouldn't buy anything from someone with less than 50 posts unless I could see and test the gear prior to paying. But that's just me and my paranoia.

15 posts is not many posts. The 15 post requirement is helpful for keeping folks from coming in solely to sell gear. People may fulfill the requirement by posting 15 junk posts, but those people generally do not make a very favorable impression and it sure doesn't give resident potential customers any particularly warm fuzzy feelings.
