I want to make a tarp RL similar to the one on Whoopiesling.com. What kind of line is best for it? Lite weight preferably

The ones on Whoopieslings.com I believe are made out of Amsteel Blue, but there are many options to use I just don't know them all
I believe that I'm using 1.75 Dyneema. I bought it from Dutch's site when I bought the Dutch Hook and Tarp Flyz.

If you want to go lighter than 1.75 Zing-it. Zpacks sells 1.25 line.

Beginning my NOBO trip on the AT on 2/28/12.
1.75 zing-it makes a nice structural ridge line as it is strong, doesn't stretch, and is splicable for a clean look. I use it for mine. You can also make a mini whoopie sling on one end and have an adjustable ridge line to help you dial in the proper length.
We use 2.2mm Zing it/Lash it for our Yellow and Grey ridge lines. 1.75mm Zing It for Red ones. Hope that helps.
I used 2.2 mm Zing-It with knot-bone on one end and Figure 9 on the other. For the soft shackle prusiks that attach the tarp and the Figure 9, I used 1.75 mm Zing-It.

I'm sure you could make the soft shackle prusiks out of 2.2 mm Zing-It, but I just wanted to play with both sizes of Zing-It. I have also read that prusiks work better on larger diameter rope, which is why I went with 1.75 prusiks attaching to 2.2 mm Zing-It.
What a huge weekend coming up for the Auburn Tigers! I live and breathe orange and blue. A win over the Crimson Tide would really be a fitting ending to the regular season. War Eagle!
