Last year was the south loop of the Withalacoochie forest. We can hit the north loop this year, we redo the south, or we can go somewhere else altogether. It has to have a few small requirements. 1. A long enough trail so that we can see some terrain. It was about 12 miles last year--a reasonable short weekender hike. 2. We need to be able to sleep on the second night in a different place than when we started (loops are awesome). 3. We need to have a water source, or a place to cache. With that said, let the planning commence on, three, two, one.....go!
