It came, today. I openly admit I've only spent a limited amount of time in it, but, my goodness. What a cool rig. Some specs:
132ish by 60ish Double 70D Crinkle Taffeta = 440z with whoopies, but without straps / toggles. It's about the same as my BB w/ the stock suspension. I opted for a green overcover, same green as my HG quilts.
I provided a bunch of a particular cordage I found and love for guylines, Papasmurf incorporated it into even the stuffsack:
Just the ASRL:
Hardware examples. Dutch hooks, Dutch biner on the REMOVABLE ASRL, my cordage incorporated into the zipper pulls, and the sweet reflective black grosgrain Randy used:
Closeup of the M90 peak storage bags, with cordlocked bungied drawstrings:
Netting Deployed:
Overcover deployed:
A combo which will probably be my favorite:
Both ends of the ASRL can be tucked into the peak bags on either end, so this baby can go topless:
Flat flat flat:
Very impressed, worth the wait. My UQ is off to Adam for an update, but it'll look right at home on this guy. Great job Randy!
