Its that time again to get this planning and scheduling underway!
If we want the same basic weekend it would be Jan 17th-19th this year.

Last years Hang was a great time with 21 total hangers making it out and I hope we can have a repeat this year.
I have a possible change in location depending what the general opinion is... The last 2 years we have had the Hang
at Frog Lake, Ide like to add Lower Twin Lake as an option.
Pros/Cons
FROG LAKE:
1/2 mile hike/snowshoe
Bathrooms
Developed Fire Pits with Grills
Tables (thanks Rip)
But we have to deal with more people and the stinky/loud snowmobile riders
LOWER TWIN:
No snow mobiles just occasional snowshoers and skiers
Same Parking Lot as Frog Lake
Very easy hiking options around lower and upper Twin Lake
But we have to hike/snowshoe just over a mile in
And we would no longer have the metal fire-pits with grills just rock rings.
and no permanent bathroom structures (there is one by the cars)
Both have about the same amount of tree options which is to say you could hold a convention of hammocks here.
Even the trail to the Lower lake is normally used enough that if you didn't have snowshoes you could manage it
without much issue (just easier with snowshoes)
Either way I am sure there will be enough Pulks there that you can borrow to help get your gear in (Especially Firewood)
