Sorry to hear you lost your knife. Really hope it shows up for you.
Hope someone found it and gets it back to you ... I still get a bit of a sad feeling about an old Boy Scout knife I lost back in 1968 ... it was a "gud'en"
Lost it on Brown Mountain ... wonder if one of those mysterious lights got it?
I'm sure you've done it ... but make another pass through. I've "lost" a thing or two on a backpacking trip only to find it in some recessed corner of a bag or place it shouldn't really be. Just saying ...
WARNING: Will discuss Rhurbarb Strawberry Pie and Livermush at random.

Man I know how much that sucks. Nothing, and I mean nothing, makes me as anxious as realizing I lost a knife or flashlight. I am practically compulsive about checking, double, & triple checking that they are always in their place. Most of my knives & flashlights aren't cheap and none of them are Walmart specials. I'm sure that plays a part in the anxiety & compulsion.
I really do feel for you man. I wish there was something I could do to ease your pain.

First your Dutch Hardware and now a knife....
I hope your "cute" knife makes it back to you!

Sadly, I also lost a small knife last weekend over in the campground area so I feel for ya......... mine wasn't that cute, just a cheap little Buck, but it was a gift, so I'm sorry to see it go.
I can only imagine how much it'd hurt to lose a knife as cute as yours.

Yea! Look at the MAHHA thread from Bob Mac http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/s...ad.php?t=51874 and you'll see pics of the skull shrine ( to ward off evil spirits ) I have received a PM offering to replace my Dutch ware. That was not lost in the missing bag. It was a dig by SoundMan that I did drop some bling and it was immediately returned. Still it could have been gone cause that stuff is real small. I have other knives that are 'cute' so like the jerseybearz said ' balance' is what's important. No worries! Thanks to all for the positive thoughts. I am touched and blessed to have friends that care.
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.
