Is there anyone that does a regular hang in the Easter Nebraska, Western Iowa, Northeast Kansas or Northwest Missouri area?
I see a couple one time events, but that's it.

I'm just getting started with hanging, but I'll be heading out a couple of times in September to get myself ready for my 2 week AT hike. I haven't spent any time in my hammock since June and need to get back out there.
I scheduled hangs in the Kansas City area, mostly during the fall/winter/spring. Most of the 'area' hangers tend to be out more in the colder months. With that said, we don't have any 'regular' hangs on set dates. I tend to set one up for fall, mid-winter, and then spring, depending on participation.
With that said...I can start a thread planning on a fall hang now, to give folks plenty of time to plan in advance.
Thought I'd add...I have a hang scheduled here in the KC area for this upcoming weekend. You're welcome to attend if you can make it on that short notice.
I'm no organizer but I would like to see a group hang somewhere not too far from the Omaha area. I hope to make it to the Yellow River Halloween hang in Eastern Iowa this year but that's a pretty good drive.

Indian Caves State Park is a good compromise between KC and Omaha. If you've not met him, look up Dudorino here on the forums (Tool Dude Tony on youtube). He's in the Omaha area, and a very knowledgeable hammocker!
As soon as the college football season.is over I will be ready for a cold weather hang.
I can second Indian Caves as a great site. I've been to many state parks in Nebraska, and Indian Cave is the crown jewel.
