Angry 2009 Aarn Peak Aspiration pack

Yes, this is the one that Animal Control just sold. Love the pack and concept but need the small frame vs the large frame (more for head clearance than fit as I am right in the middle of the torso measurements)

Same price as I paid for it. $200 plus actual shipping in US PayPal preferred

That's a really intriguing pack, but the waistbelt is just too small for me. I know how important good fit is so I'll wait for the US distribution to appear to be able to get that really dialed in.

Good luck with the pack sale...the features and the price are really good.

Just trying to help here...that waist belt is decievingly big. The way Aarn measures is different from any other pack manufacturer I know of.

    From the Aarn website...
"The mid-to-large volume models have hipbelts available in 3 sizes. The medium size, M is standard. To decide whether you need a S or L size, use a tape measure to measure your hipbone length; measure from left front corner of your hipbone, around the back of your hipbone to the right front corner of your hipbone. This your hipbone length. (It does not include the measurement across your tummy, as in the usual hip circumference measurement).
If this distance is less than 55cm (22") choose the S size, if it is greater than 65 cm (26"), choose the L size.

I think it would fit up to a 42" (I'll promise it will fit 36-38")

Like Animal Control pointed out, Aarn's measurement is a bit different than normal. After watching the fitting video again with the pack in hand, it was much clearer and made fitting the belt pretty straight forward. The sizing has more to do with the measurement around the back of your hip/pelvis area than the actual measurement all the way around (including any natural counterbalance one may have)
