    Ozark Waterfall Hunting!

I went on a waterfall hunting trip over the weekend. I've got a complete report with pictures at www.geocities.com/east_stingray/index.html at the last link on the page.

Great pics Nate! Makes me jealous...Iowa is known for corn, hogs, and brown water.

    Nice!

Great pics Nate. Like Sarah said, not too much of that here in Iowa. I enjoyed your other pics also. Do you ever get up into Missouri on the Ozark Trail?

Great Pics!! We were talking about making a trip to the Ozarks and doing some hiking this year. Have you ever thought about putting a hang together since you know the area pretty good?

I haven't been up to Missouri yet while hiking, just driving through. I'm a medical student, so I don't get very big chunks of time off. Usually all I have is part of a Friday and then the weekend, if that.

I've thought about it, but if you look at the HF Member map, there aren't that many folks down here. Preachaman and a couple of others are members over at an Arkansas backpacking forum where we try to get together sometimes, but I haven't had any luck getting folks to go with me so far. I'm ALWAYS looking for hiking partners!

I grew up in IL, so I feel your pain. We're known for corn, hogs, and a draconian state government with more governors in jail than any other state.
