    He got real sick Fri night, maybe a stomach virus or something. So Sat we hiked back out to the trailhead so he could get home and to some medical care. Because he couldn't keep any food or water down. I know he was glad to get in his car and head home. It makes for a rough hike when you can't drink.

    I'm feeling much better today but yesterday was a different story
    Friday night I had fever and chills and Saturday morning I woke up with a good ol stomach virus,needless to say that it was a looong walk back to the car!
    Billy Bob I believe you if you say it was only 6 miles or so but it sure felt like 60 to me I want to thank everyone who split up my gear and helped carry it back to the car and especially Macentyre who carried my pack the last 3 miles or so...........You guys are the best.....THANKS!

    Guys:
    Glad to hear you are feeling better Skippy. I have spent most of the day alternating the heat and ice on the knee. I wish I could have stayed and camped with the others but when I got through with dinner I knew I was not going to be able to make it. Gotta work on lowering the pack weight even more.........that way when the clothes and tarp get soaked and add 10 lbs more to my pack it want be such an issue.

    I just got home and stuff put out to dry. I will post tomorrow! I heading to the shower and to bed! Had a Great Time! I'm glad Skippy is Better! Thanks to all for the good time!Thomas
