Leg positioning in hammocks

I don't carry much in the way of extra clothing and so have nothing to put into a stuff sack to put underneath my knees. I take this pillow from REI:

Weighs about 4 oz and can be adjusted for size. I also use it when on my side under my knees again. I do this per Warbonnet's advice and it's made a big difference in staying asleep.

Thanks for the tips all. I'll keep these things in mind. Going up to Virgin Falls this weekend for my first cold weather hang. We'll be snoozing on a lookout and the temps are supposed to be in the teens at lower altitudes, so it should be a very cold night. I've got quite a bit of gear that I'll be using for the first time in the wild and some new techniques I plan to try. I'll have a nice trail report when I get back.
