    New Thread Injector

I got a new treasure, a Singer model 201 made in 1940. It's in a cabinet and still works. Missing a pin for the spool but I improvised. So far it's fun to play with, it sews light wieght wally material, and an old pair of jeans. I'm thinking about cleaning it up and re-oiling everything soon but mostly I'm just playing around now. I figured for the price (25.00 EA)even if it doesn't work it's a cool decoration for the house, then BAM it worked. My wife thinks I'm nuts but I think it's cool, and it seems to work better than the newer one we have. Got another one that is a different model made in 48-49 i think, but its missing some parts.

NICE score! It's neat you got the cabinet too! I'd love to see a photo too.

I'm thinking about going back for 1 more, no cabinet but it may have the parts I need.

I'll try to get pics up
