    real deal, hh or wbbb,

O.K. guys and gals, I want the truth, which is more confortable hh asym explorer or the blackbird.
I already have a hh and like it a lot, but now my gf wants to start hanging as well, so do I get myself a wbbb or get another hh asym.
what would you think are the major benefits and downfall (no pun intended ) of both
and how about the kids what do you recommend

That's easy, the BMBH is more comfortable.

Ok I'll try again. They are very close to each other in comfort. The big difference is the HH bottom entry. It is neat but you may feel it on the back of your leg, especially if you use quilts. The BB feels more spacous and you lay just a little flatter then teh HH. The HH comes with a tarp so you will pay less in teh end for it. Kids love them both.

Which is more comfortable depends on the person in it, but a lot of people think the BB is more comfortable b/c you get a flatter lay. And the zipper is more convenient the bottom entry b/c you can reach, adjust your UQ, cook, etc. And the shelf rocks. Plus they're all made in the USA by an HF member, if that's important to you. And you can choose your suspension.

I'd say the WBBB is much more comfortable than the HH, but the HH is lighter, which can be important if you backpack at all. The main concern is if you get a WBBB, give the HH to your gf and then she just tries out your WBBB, she might feel a bit miffed!
