Winged CCF pad

Hi
I am using a ccf pad for my insulation inside my hammock and wondered if any one had added wings to the sides of theirs?
If so how did you attach the extra sections of pad?

Yes something like that but with only one layer of the ccf, I don't have to worry about it getting cold enough for all of that insulation.
We don't get snow or very cold weather here

just duct tape the pad and wings together - make a duct tape "hinge" so that it opens flat

I have made two of the Neat Frost Pads although I haven't used them yet because it has been too hot. I did test them one night in my backyard, but it was just too hot out.

You can glue Omni tape/No Snag Velcro to the pads with Barge Cement. JRB used this method when they make their Down To Earth Pad Convertor.

The Barge cement is some really tough stuff. I made a cozy for Freezer Bag Cooking from the scraps off a Gossamer Gear Thinlight pad. I was skeptical on whether it would hold, but the cozy has seen a lot of use and has been crammed in my pack over and over and the glue is still holding strong.
