I will probably pick up a set of the ratchet straps with the black webbing at some point in the future.
I was over at mine today and went to the automobile section and saw a lot of different ratchet webbing.
I wrote down some of the info (see attached).
The problem is finding out what the webbing is made of.
I'm not good enough to tell by feel.....
It looks like amazon sells a lot of this stuff but they don't say what they are made of.
I found a few of the brand name websites but they just talk about how strong it is.
Perhaps others will have better luck.....

I believe I saw those over at the home depot.
    Real light feel to them.
I really thought they would be nylon....
I think they had them in black as well.

I use these! Got them at a hardware store. I use them with buckles Funny Money gave me. I love these straps. Wasn't sure what they are made of but it said 500lb load limit and 1300 breaking strength. I figured I would hang low to the ground sot he fall wouldn't be as far. Haven't fallen yet. I am 190lbs. Don't judge! j/k I woman never tells her weight or age...UNLESS there is a joke involved. *rim shot*

BTW: The guy at the hardware kept trying to get me to buy Nylon straps b/c "Those camo tie downs are mighty nice ta be cuttin up for a hammock". PSHHHHHHT He obviously doesn't have a hammock!

I noticed they had some camo straps for treestand hunters in the sporting good section. About $6.50 I can't remember if they were something that would be usable or not.
