    For Sale Board

    I was wondering...

It can be kind of tedious sifting through all of the "SOLD" items, whilst looking for those items that are still on the block.

Is there a way to segregate the "sold" from the "for sale?" Or maybe just delete postings that have sold...or do they have archival value?

good point. and maybe just a time limit also. some post on MANY sites to sell an item, but only post it SOLD on the site whose member bought it.
It's not procrastinating, its proactively delaying the implementation of the energy-intensive phase of the project until the enthusiasm factor is at its maximum effectiveness.

    Our rules on WB are

item is only listed for 30 days
after 30 days the item is deleted
the listing may be deleted sooner upon OP request (usually because it's sold)

admins can check out the sticky in that forum for ideas

the sold threads are locked (or suppose to be). To me there is a archival value. If I have an item for sale and I see what one sold for before I can use that as a guideline on what to charge. It keeps you from bumping it every time you might lower your price

I think there's archival value in keeping them, but there may be a better way to organize them. We'll take a look.
