Ive waited over 4 weeks for some of the cottage gear I have and the longer Ive waited the more I enjoy it once I have it. I have a WBBB 1.7 DBL and Plan on ordering the travler for my Fiance this fall. But Trooper said it best
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

we are going to see more and more threads like this as these small companies go through their growing pains. materials, orders, billing, labor and customer service. lot of hats for 1-2 people to wear. they are part of our community we just need to support them and they need to keep us updated as they have been. i wish them success.
nice to see businesses growing in this economy.

Sometimes there are surprises. I received my Brownbird three weeks ahead of schedule.

Yes, it is worth the wait.

That said, I understand your anxiety. The WB site leaves one in the dark once an order is placed.

I waited over thirty days for my double 1.7. The wait was hell! But it was worth every second of it. The quality and attention to detail can not be beat and the comfort is beyond compare. I would wait that long or longer again for any of Brandon's products. He is a one man operation but the quality speaks for it's self. Sure the wait sucks. But the only way for him to get things out faster. Would be to cut corners and sacrifice quality. As for me I choose to wait.
