All of them have some singeing on the outer wick. I only used them once. I paid $20 apiece. Since they're basically new except for one light, I can't knock too much off of them. $15 apiece + $5 shipping.

Those three stoves are great...I have them and love them....could not part with them though.

So, what can anybody tell me about the "Thing" ?? That is one MDBC that I can honestly say I have not seen before. Found a vid of it tinny did of it on youtube. Anybody out there (other than book) every use one of these? Thoughts on using the new black felt he uses in this "thing" ?

I actually have a "thing" (stove).
dual wick, gravity fed tube stove that can be refilled when lit. No black felt in mine (pre-carbon felt model I guess). Not so fast (11-12 min for 2 cups) but uses less than an oz of fuel and no wasted fuel!
