    Howdy from Texas

How's it going. I'm Daemon, I live in San Leon, Texas. I'm 22 and I've been camping since I was knee height. Mostly I've done survival camping in the past few years, but I'm getting over that phase and now I want to move on. To be honest, I've always been jealous of you hangers, so now I want to join you.

I'll see y'all out in the field, happy hanging.

Comfort is our watchword- and it doesn't really take that much more weight, either!

    Welcome nohbdy!

Glad to see that you are willing to succomb to peer pressure and want to hang in the trees like the rest of the cool kids. Okay, some of us may only think we are cool but we're sure more comfortable than we were on the ground.

It's always good to see more Texan's on here!

Welcome from Soonerland! My first hang WAS a survival lesson. I had only one tree, so I tied the other end of my hammock to the roof. Didn't see any problems til I got in it.....You'll do better, I'm sure. Welcome to HF.
