    Thumbs up Ogee Tarp

Great job my friend. Glad to see your design well accepted by the hammocking masses. I've been using that marlin spike hitch since I was a kid. Always thought it was a slip knot but don't even know how I learned it. Obviously a very useful knot for hammocking/camping though. I may have to order one of your tarps so I can be a Gargoyledesign rep out in the bush. Keep up the great work...Bush

I used the hitch for years doing layout lines when staking out the foootprint for buildings.I just didn't know what it was called.
But it is darn handy for hammock tarps. Allows you to use the full length of guy line and no knots. Stormcrow did a vid on it last year (using a chopstick) but thats when I realized the knot I had been using had a name.

Wow... that Ogee tarp is really sweet! Suddenly my Speer Winter tarp seems plain and boring.

Edit: Finished watching the second video....

    REALLY REALLY sweet.

Nice vids Gargoyle! I like the versatility you showed. Got me thinking about your stuff. Gonna have to save up my pennies now! Really cool how you can change the angles and come up with a new coverage. Good stuff! Is the camo a different design over the sil you cuurently make?
