    WOW, No back pain!

The main reason that I decided t try hammock camping is I have sever lower back problems. The last time my family went camping we had to cut the trip short because after one night sleeping on the ground, even with a pad, and i had to crawl to the car. My Blackbird came in today so i took it for a test run. Being a noob it took me a bit to get it setup right, thanks for the setup video Brandon. I was only going to lay dawn for a few minutes, three hours later i woke up. I unzipped, sat right up and stood up, all with no pain what so ever. You just don't know how nice that is. Thank you for a great hammock Brandon it will get a lot of use.

Now if we can get our doctors and insurance companies in line to approve the purchase of hammocks as therapeutic devices that help relieve back pain! Its MUCH cheaper than pills!

I have found nothing better than sleeping in my hammock for lower back pain. Glad to hear it worked as well for you.

now you need to convince the SO that you need to sleep in it indoors as well- (many who do report significant improvment in back issues. check the archives)

Not only does my back feel better, but the quality (length) of sleep has improved. I awake rested in the morning, priceless!

Glad to hear it helps. Many have reported the same. I don't have back pain but still sleep better with less stiffness in a hammock than my bed.

Two weeks of not sleeping in my hammock is all it takes for my disc to ping out again.

1 night in my hammock = another 2 weeks of spinal freedom.

I would love nothing more than to write out the prescription for a hammock to my patients. I also know that Blue Cross would love nothing more than to stamp a giant REJECTED on said prescription.

Easily my favorite thing about hammocks; lack of pain in the mornings.
    Glad you discovered it!
