Here's another option: campingsurvival.com sells 1000 feet of paracord, black, for $32. I bought 1000' about 2 months ago and received it in a few days. They also sell 100' for $3.30.

When I ordered a few months ago it was priced at $34.95, so their prices have come down slightly. I also ordered 400' 2mm braided accessory cord for $15.99 and the total bill was $58.81, so shipping was just under $8.

I was going to link them too. Just be warned that they seem to have a minimum order of around $10. I ordered a boonie hat from them, and it wasn't a big enough order, so I actually grabbed one of those 100' bundles of paracord for $3.30 to flush out my order.

Not trying to hijack, but I will post another option as well.

    Cabelas has two different cords.

For 39.99, you can get their regular paracord. For 59.99, you can get their mil-spec 550 cord.

Both have seven strands that are a good, tight, straight, uniform twist. The better cord has an eighth strand that is like a thread. The website says the cheaper cord is 400#, but the spool says 550#, so I don't know. I bought both and am happy with my purchase. $40 and $60 are ok prices, but I used a $20 off $100 purchase coupon around christmas time last year. That makes them $32 and $48. Unfortunately, it is only available in one color, OD green. Tthe mil-spec cord is made by Gladding and says MIL-C 5040 T III on the spool.

Not sure about shipping, because I have a cabelas near me and am happy to make a trip to the store.

Most outfitters have paracord at low low prices. I'd check locally before ordering a whole bunch of it.
