From my perspective here in Houston, the fourth largest city in America, an area we've called home for nearly 200 years, Texas looks like a large place. Up north ways, it's Texas half way to Chicago, and toward the west it's Texas half way to to Los Angeles. There are no cities of note in between. I hope you'll look up the page on our "Texas Fall Hang" in mid November, which will be at Fairfield (good fishing) Lake State Park, about halfway between Houston and Dallas, and consider joining the group.
