Yeah, my fiance hates that I like to have the bedroom windows open when it's in the high 40's low 50's outside, but she enjoys having me near in a cold movie theater.

That's what I was going to do next if nothing showed up, but Pac's offer sound perfect for me. Hopefully a 3/4 UQ works well with the way I sleep. I'm a complete newb when it comes to hanging, and I'm still adjusting to sleeping in a hammock (I'm a devout side/stomach sleeper). Naps are no problem, but I have yet to make it through a whole night in the WBBB (no fault of the gear, that's for sure!)

Molly mac IX UQ. Maybe with an extra layer or two. (In addition to the two you get)

I was reading up on that...it sounds neat, and I was considering it, but Pak hit me up with that deal.

The nice thing about Warbonnet products, is that it's easy for me to sell/trade if I decide I want a full UQ or to try something else.

I may also buy some IX material and line between the layers on my WBBB.

I doubt that will work well: to much pressure on the IX. There is a good bit of weight ( all of it?) on BOTH layers. It is preferable to not quite be touching the IX, like say a ~ 1/8" gap minimum. Now, hanging the IX under the hammock or Yeti is a different story.

See, that's what I'm finding confusing here in the forum, and why I've not jumped on IX. I've been researching for two days, and I see a lot of conflicting info. Vapor barrier, not a vapor barrior, can be compressed, can't be compressed, two layers is fine, 3+ layers is required.

The stuff sounds neat, but I guess I'll really just have to pick some up and try it for myself. Maybe next paycheck...
