Great to see another Montana Scouter. I'm in the Prickly Pear district in Montana. Are you by chance going to the State Jamboree in Townsned in June? Would love to hook up with you and check out your set up. Currently i'm in a grand trunk Single with a home made wood stand but I think I like your's better.

Hi Hiline, I will be at the State Jamboree. I will look forward to seeing you there. I have another stand in mind that I will be working on, but based on the interest of this stand, I may set it up regardless. If I am not hanging from it, it would at least be a great conversation piece.

Great. I'm with Troop 211 in East Helena. I will have my hammock and my not so portable stand in camp. Look for a camo tarp strung over a Viking Dragon ship (that's what the wife calls my hammock stand). Going to be good times.
